“I’ve always wanted to write an Easter song, but from a different angle,” says Mulkey. “I kept thinking about what it would’ve been like to be there at the tomb. If I were the one telling them, I wouldn’t overcomplicate it – I’d just say… you won’t find Him in the grave – He’s LONG GONE.”
