Phil Wickham Releases Everyday Hallelujah Ep Inspired by Upcoming Book

GRAMMY®-nominated worship artist and songwriter Phil Wickham has released his new Everyday Hallelujah EP. Featuring studio, live, and piano take versions of the title track, the three-song collection introduces a message that extends beyond the music and into Wickham’s upcoming book, Everyday Hallelujah, which is out August 11 through Nelson Books.

In a rare creative reversal, the song “Everyday Hallelujah” was born from the writing of Wickham’s upcoming book. As he reflected on how worship is cultivated through ordinary moments of gratitude, surrender, and faith, those themes naturally evolved into a song that captures the heart of the book’s message.

“Writing this song was a reminder to myself that God is worthy of our praise in every moment,” Wickham shares. “I hope listening to it does the same for you.”

Expanding on that idea, Wickham encourages believers to rethink what worship can look like in everyday life.

“We tend to separate the spiritual and the physical into two different categories,” he explains. “On one side is church, prayer, and religion. On the other hand, there is work, errands, and email. But I don’t think we were made to separate these things. All things can become worship when we live intentionally in response to a gracious and loving God. Every breath, every step, and every conversation can be a hallelujah.”

Structured as 36 short contemplations, the book Everyday Hallelujah invites readers to slow down, encounter God in the ordinary rhythms of life, and discover that worship is expressed not only through songs but also through daily faithfulness, gratitude, and love.

“I’ve been singing songs about Jesus for as long as I can remember, but I’m realizing now more than ever that not all hallelujahs are sung; most of them are lived,” says Wickham. “I’ve found so much joy in seeing everyday moments become acts of worship. It was truly a blessing to write this book, and I pray it blesses people as they read it.”

This fall, Wickham will continue leading worship across the country on the Song of the Saints Tour with Chandler Moore and special guest Jamie MacDonald. For tour dates, tickets, and additional information, visit PhilWickham.com and see below for tour cities.

Grammy-winning Rock Band Switchfoot Makes Grand Ole Opry Debut Featuring Surprise Duet With Lainey Wilson

Returning to the city where the majority of their new album Forever Now was recorded, GRAMMY-winning rock band Switchfoot stepped into the circle for the first time Thursday night for their Grand Ole Opry debut in Nashville.

Their three-song set was met with a standing ovation from the crowd and featured a duet with country music superstar Lainey Wilson, who joined the band for new track “Beautiful Life.” The set also included their massive hit “Dare You To Move” and “Only Hope,” which was most notably covered by Mandy Moore in the 2000s cult favorite movie “A Walk To Remember.” Following the official show, Switchfoot headed to Studio A in the historic Opry House to perform a special set and host a Q&A for 100 fans.

“We have many ties to Nashville, we have made many records out,” said lead vocalist Jon Foreman from the stage following the performance of “Dare You To Move.” “To be the kid who is couch surfing around Nashville and writing songs trying to figure out why they’re on the planet, and to be playing one of those songs years and years later, is a dream come true. Thank you so much for having us.”

Switchfoot received the news that they were set to make their Opry debut last month during an appearance on the iHeartPodcast, “Hey Jonas!”. The invitation came just days before their highly anticipated new album Forever Now was released, a 13-track collection that centers on the emotional roller coaster of a person’s final day on Earth.

More specifically, it brings up the questions one might ask themselves if confronted with a harsh but potentially enlightening reality. Produced by longtime collaborator and accomplished producer Mike Elizondo and recorded largely in part at Elizondo’s Phantom Studios on the outskirts of Nashville, Forever Now is the most thematic and narrative-driven album of Switchfoot’s already storied career. The album’s lead single “Absolution” is climbing the charts now at Alternative radio, currently nearing Top 30.

[Music] Ha Jehovah – Philip Olaomi

Nigerian gospel singer and worship minister Philip Olaomi releases his powerful new single, “Ha Jehovah,” a deeply reverent worship anthem born from a profound revelation of God’s majesty and indescribable glory.

Inspired by the Throne Room experience and rooted in Revelation 4:10, the song reflects the worship of the twenty-four elders, who cast their crowns before the throne of God after beholding His indescribable majesty.

Filled with heartfelt worship, solemn melodies, and Spirit-inspired expressions, Ha Jehovah leads believers into a place of awe, reverence, and intimate adoration before God. Rather than relying on elaborate words, the song acknowledges that there are moments in God’s presence when human language becomes insufficient to describe His greatness. Consequently, the simple yet profound exclamation, “Ha Jehovah,” becomes the believer’s response to the overwhelming revelation of God’s glory.

The song creates an atmosphere of deep reverence, making it suitable for personal devotion, prayer, worship services, revival meetings, and moments of quiet reflection. Its simple yet powerful message reminds believers that true worship flows from a genuine encounter with God’s greatness.

“Ha Jehovah” is a worship anthem that expresses the overwhelming wonder of encountering God’s incomparable greatness.

Inspired by a deep revelation of the Throne Room, the song captures those sacred moments when words are no longer enough to describe the beauty, holiness, and majesty of God. Instead, the heartfelt expression “Ha Jehovah” becomes a sincere response of worship, honour, and complete surrender before the King of kings.

The song reminds believers that worship is more than singing; it is the natural response to encountering God’s glory. As listeners meditate on His greatness, they are encouraged to humble themselves before Him, just as the twenty-four elders did in Revelation, acknowledging that He alone is worthy of all honour, glory, and praise.

Additionally, the worshipful atmosphere and scriptural foundation make “Ha Jehovah” a song that draws hearts away from distractions and into deeper communion with God. It encourages believers to embrace reverence, cultivate intimacy with the Father, and continually exalt His holy name.

[Music] Gbemiro – Moyosore Abiodun

Nigerian-born, U.S.-based gospel singer, songwriter, and worship minister Moyosore Abiodun releases her inspiring new single, titled Gbemiro,” a heartfelt worship anthem that exalts God’s greatness while expressing complete dependence on His unfailing love, strength, and sustaining grace.

Christianity

The Yoruba-titled song, “Gbemiro” [a language mostly spoken in the south-western region of Nigeria], which translates to “Carry Me,” beautifully captures the song’s central theme of surrender and trust. Rather than relying on human strength, the song encourages believers to place their confidence entirely in God, knowing that He alone has the power to uphold, guide, and preserve His children through every circumstance.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit during a season of deep reflection on the condition of the world, “Gbemiro” emerges as a sincere prayer from the heart of a believer longing for God’s help amid increasing fear, uncertainty, and spiritual challenges.

“Gbemiro” serves as a timely reminder that even in a world filled with darkness, brokenness, and uncertainty, God’s presence remains constant. Consequently, the song invites worshippers to cast their burdens upon Him and experience the peace, comfort, and assurance that only Christ can provide.

Following the success of her independently released album Welcome to the Bloodline, Limebear’s music caught the attention of Decca’s A&R team, leading to a partnership that underscores the growing influence of contemporary Christian music within today’s broader music landscape.

“Signing with Decca is an incredible honour,” says Limebear. “It’s one of the UK’s most iconic record labels with such a rich musical legacy. The opportunity to partner with a label team that wants to help take these songs of faith to more people is incredibly exciting.”

Fiona Pope, Head of A&R at Decca, said: “We were immediately captivated by the joy and positivity Elle radiates, and that lives within her fans too. She has an incredible talent for writing songs that speak to her generation, with a voice that goes straight to the heart – a natural fit for Decca.”

Her first release with Decca, “Give Me Joy,” captures that heart. Inspired by the beloved British hymn “Oil In My Lamp,” the song reimagines its familiar chorus with new verses and melodies, introducing a timeless message of lasting joy to a new generation. After becoming a standout moment during Limebear’s live set with a powerful response from thousands of young people at the UK’s Satellites Festival, she knew it was a song she wanted to share more widely.

“‘Give Me Joy’ came from a really simple idea: taking something that so many of us grew up singing and reworking it for a new generation,” Limebear explains. “My hope is that it gives people a glimpse of the joy that my faith has given me, the kind of joy that carries us through every season and doesn’t disappear when life gets difficult.”
